A service rep introduced this to me today and was like, "yeah, camera in your apartment"…I said, have you read the book 1984? He had never heard of the book. :(

  2. Alex Johnson says:

Stepping stone for watch dogs in real life. Still, pretty neat!

  3. danielherrera44 says:

The best thing about this video is Jessica … Jessica is one if the best managers in California that's works for AT&T . She is the reason why people still stay with AT&T.

  4. Noh Juan says:

BUYER BEWARE. AT&T will take your money and not install the service as promised. When the technician fails to show up for the installation and you call customer service, they will tell you that the technician could not reach you even though your phone number and email address were confirmed already. They will try to re-schedule your appointment which will take another 2-3 weeks, and all during this time you will have no service even though they took your money in advance. The technology is appealing, but remember, this product is AT&T, the master of customer no-service. Buyer beware.

I have this system for my home and after hours of setting it up I have to say I am very impressed with the results although I would have appreciated it if my house didnt get up and walk away, but its ok I hear its doing well fighting alongside the autobots, now I live in my truck but at least im still healthy enough to see another day and im still enjoying life, so im happy. I highly recommend this system but heed this warning: DO NOT press the armed button, your house will turn into a battle ready transformer. At&t took home security a little far with this one.

  6. sleepagent says:

The sky is falling!  They are spying on us!  It's a junk system!  They don't know true home security!  Customer Service stinks!

Apparently the internet is still loaded with misinformation and jealous competitors.  The fact of the matter is AT&T has recruited top talent from the Electronic Security Industry and has used their vast award-winning technological resources to create an affordable Home Automation and Security System unlike any on the market today.  It is the pop and sizzle that homeowners have been longing for at an investment below its competitors!  The more elaborate systems with automatic lighting & outlet, thermostat control, cameras, security & fire devices, water detection, and auto locking doors cost hundreds of dollars (depending on the number and type of devices) and less than $70 / month.  The systems are also supported by a lifetime warranty.

With AT&T you have the support of a large American corporation, but structure of a local business model.  Your Digital Life professionals live in the same communities that you do.

AT&T cannot remotely look into your camera system, but it can takeover existing hardwired security devices from other providers (such as ADT, GE, Honeywell, DSC, etc.).  It did not "fail miserably with SBC/Ameritech", and it's Customer Support is readily available to troubleshoot and dispatch a licensed Digital Life Technician to your home.

Check out they system for yourself and make your own decisions.  This system truly is a game changer and can bring your home to life!

  7. JEM1395 says:

This product is total junk, do not waste your time and hard earned money signing up for this service.  The equipment is cheap plastic devices, none of which are hardwired into your home the way "true" security companies would do.

  8. Jeff Clark says:

AT&T is trying security again? I though they learned their lesson when they failed with SBC and Ameritech. All if those customers were sold a system that failed miserably. I guess by changing the name again will help AT&T sleep at night.

  9. Jason Bergado says:

Satisfied customer. I looked for months to find a new security provider. ADT was charging me crazy to upgrade and they don't have a simple garage sensor. Vivint didn't have outside cameras. Comcast didn't have automatic doors. Frontpoint just charged to darn much. AT&T had everything and was about 30% cheaper. The app is awesome. I love this system.

  10. AztecaSF says:

Thanks Juan for this video. I am a Digital Life satisfied customer. Keep up the good work and roll out new and exciting products. No wonder J.D. Power & Assoc. named you #1 in customer service. Kudos!

  11. Roy Burkhow says:

Dont get this security system people. At&t is looking for a way spy on you and also government. Hackers loves this to also that all they have to is get into you account and you are screwed.

  12. muss tard says:

This is not worth trust I used to install they treat employees like shit. While the employees install this the At&t manager spy the techs and kiss the customers ass that the managers look for the tech take one minute that the tech fired. This system that they install is very easy to hack into. Stay away from this.

  14. Erin Ramseyer says:

You have to remember this is brand new and some glitches are bound to happen. Its a brand new 'branch' of this company.

  15. JuanBagnell says:

Oh man! I expect that many of my viewers are "family/friend tech support". It's the evolution of systems like this. You can only simplify it SO much and still retain functionality. Digital Life is the first home set up that I think is consumer ready, but that still leaves plenty of room for improvement and refinement.

  16. ldisc66 says:

My employer has it in his single family home. It's pretty buggy, cameras spontaneously go offline sometimes, it'll tell you the thermostat is set to 75 when it's really set to 65. I'm just cynical about it because when the system does something funny I'M the one he calls first and I have to remind him that I'm not an AT&T engineer lol

  17. Sherry Chubb says:

Soon I will be a new Digital Life customer and would love to let everyone know just what I think about the entire set up as well how wonderful it is to have! My appointment is soon, so lots to learn as well, Much to understand. I'm looking forward to this very new experience and I'm no spring chicken so I pray it doesn't take a genius to understand as well to operate! I will let All know as soon as I know. Thanks, Wish me luck! haha

  18. Sam Monaghan says:

    Is this expensive??
